A Timeless codes
It is amazing to discover how many patterns exist in our magnificent world, underlying timeless codes transferrable to our Life Architecture

B Turning the word upside down
My next article will form music harmonic bridges with the Royal Oak watch that I have been talking to you about, drawing inspiration from the post on Yugen and perfumes as well.
Just like Gérald Genta shocked the watch world in 1972 by introducing a stainless steel Audemars Piguet Royal Oak—redefining luxury as raw material artistry
Eau des Merveilles did something equally scandalous and revolutionary to commercial feminine perfumery.
Beyond the absence of flowers, this perfume did something radically different: it injected raw, dry, woody, and salty masculine olfactory codes into a female luxury release, flipping the entire perfume pyramid upside down.
It is for this reason that the shape of the perfume bottle, which will be the topic of my next post conveys this upside down perspective which releases awe ( the starts on the bottle) It tilts it doesn’t stay straight
Once more it is amazing to discover that this perfume as well, studied though its bottle relates to Shibui, Spielerisch and ultimately Sprezzatura
The semiotic codes are the same but the aim is different
C Signature ‘scent’ of the watch and perfume
The watch made a rugged material feel elite, while the perfume made a raw, invisible space feel intimate and feminine
The Royal Oak Experience: It is the celebration of absolute mechanical control.
The Merveilles Experience: It is the celebration of surrendering control. While it takes precise chemical engineering to formulate, the actual experience of wearing it is non-linear and unpredictable just like the Passifolia collection we have also studieid
In this sense the semiotics of the watch leans towards masculinity and of the perfume towards femininity
On the works….
